1. Survey coverage and capacity together

A good coverage map is not enough when device count changes by area and work hours. A survey should record user density, priority applications and likely interference.

This helps identify where capacity needs to increase instead of simply trying to eliminate every dead spot on a plan.

2. Test the moving-user experience

Office users move between desks, meeting rooms and common areas. Testing should follow these journeys to observe roaming, meeting quality and critical applications.

Issues found at this point often involve RF, network backhaul and policy, not only access points.

3. Hand operational visibility to IT

After delivery, IT needs to know how to identify problem areas, check equipment and record changes. Diagrams, baseline configuration and escalation practice support more consistent help.

Periodic reassessment against user needs helps preserve quality as the office changes.
